When purchasing classes online, please print and bring proof of your payment to class. If this is your first time taking a class in our studio, we offer a first time discount. Please select "Intro to Pole" all returning customers can select individual, 4 pack or 10 pack.

   We offer premiere pole fitness instruction in a professional studio that caters to women of all ages. You'll work up a sweat, but you may be having too much fun to notice!

     Group classes are offered nightly throughout the week for first-time polers, beginner, and advanced students. If you are looking for a way to get fit, our pole fitness classes will help you tone muscle, lose weight,  and increase flexibility. All classes include flexibility training, intense instructor led strength exercise, and basic pole dance technique. Whatever your fitness goals are, we can help you achieve them! 
    
    
Our studio also provides private parties for special occasions, such bachelorette parties, birthday parties or just a fun girl's night out! The talented studio instructors are also able to provide private and semi-private lessons for more one-on-one instruction.

Pole Dance

    
Pole fitness is one of the most empowering ways to exercise while feeling confident and sexy! Come join us for class and have lots of fun while sculpting and toning all-over. Pole dance is where you'll learn the basic art of pole fitness. In this class you'll learn to master pole spins, intermediate transitions, as well as floor moves. Emphasis will be placed on performing mini-routines and combinations each class as well as using in-class training for seamless freestyle dance. Student's will also work on upper body strength through in-class exercises and learn moves that will prepare them for more advanced classes.

Intro to Pole

This is the very first class you will take when starting Pole Fitness. Intro to pole is required for all new students. During this introduction class, new students will be able to learn the basics of pole dancing with other pole newbies! This class includes proper grips as well as some basic spins and fun take home moves! Start the journey to finding a sexier side of yourself with our pole class. There's no doubt you'll be hooked after your first time and ready to join us for Beginner Pole!

Beginner Pole

Beginner pole is where you'll learn the basic art of pole fitness. In this class you will learn to master pole spins, intermediate transitions, as well as floor moves. Emphasis will be placed on performing mini-routines and combinations each class as well as using in-class training for a seamless freestyle dance. This is a basic pole class for beginning level students. **All students must have taken the "Intro to Pole" class before admission.

Pole Conditioning

Workouts selected to involve the pole and make you a stronger pole dancer one move at a time.

Individual Class: $15

4 pack of classes: $55

10 pack of classes: $100

Personal Lesson*

1 hour: $50 
* requires instructor availability

Parties
$250 (2 hours)
$100 deposit required to secure date requested.
$50 for each additional hour.

Client Rules and Guidelines
-All students MUST arrive on time. This is important because warm-ups happen in the beginning of class. It is not safe to pole without stretching or warming up.

 -Please bring a water bottle. Bring a hand towel because your hands will sweat!

 New clients must arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to fill out necessary new student dance release form or print it out and bring it with you.

-Clients will be charged a fee for no shows or cancellations after the 24 hour deadline.

Absolutely no lotions! This can cause slippage and can be dangerous. Please remove body jewelry to avoid damage to the poles. 

-We reserve the right to cancel classes if no more than one student is registered.

-No more than 18 students per class (excludes parties).
